    About Me – Brandie Di Gioacchino 

 

    My Story  

Fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember. In my early 20s, I committed to training five days a week, not just as a routine, but as a way to challenge myself and grow. That dedication led me to an incredible opportunity in my mid-20s—to coach at a fitness facility. It was there that I discovered my true calling. Working with clients, supporting their journeys, and witnessing their transformations filled me with a sense of purpose. Seeing people grow stronger, healthier, and more confident wasn’t just rewarding—it was life-changing. From that moment, I knew this was more than a job. It was my mission.  

 

Over the last 30 years, I have continuously evolved, learning, refining, and pushing my own limits to become the best coach I can be. Fitness is not just about movement; it’s about mindset, resilience, and the power of believing in yourself.  

 

    My Experience & Philosophy 

In 2020, I took a leap of faith and opened my own fitness facility, Unbroken Athletics. As a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and successful affiliate owner, I had the privilege of coaching both small and large groups of talented athletes, collaborating with some of the most inspiring coaches in the field.  

 

Now, in 2025, I have transitioned to working independently—offering online coaching, customized programming, and nutrition coaching. With my Precision Nutrition certification, I have fully immersed myself in the science of human health, diving deep into the powerful connection between nutrition and fitness.  

 

There is nothing more fulfilling than guiding my clients toward a functional, sustainable, and confident lifestyle. Whether it’s helping someone lose weight, build strength, or regain control of their health, the transformation extends far beyond the gym. It’s about self-empowerment, confidence, and unlocking potential. Seeing my clients break through barriers—physically, mentally, and emotionally—fuels my passion every single day.  

 

I believe fitness and nutrition are not about perfection, but about progress, balance, and longevity. When approached with the right mindset and the right guidance, they have the power to change lives. And that’s exactly why I do what I do.
